Mirando e exito di e seminarionan y e interes grandi di lidernan pa curso y workshops, a bin cu e idea pa organisa un mercado pa profesional den cuido y guia di mucha. Proposito di e evento aki ta pa trece informacion, material y actividadnan destina pa mucha mas serca di esnan cu diariamente ta traha cu nan. Den e mercado lo mustra productonan interesante pa e lidernan tuma nota di dje y actividadnan creativo y recreativo pa haci cu mucha. Den coneccion cu 20 aña existencia di Fundacion Pa Nos Muchanan (FPNM), cu apoyo di Aruba Way Foundation, a ofrece un mainta cu diferente workshops pa lidernan den cuido y guia di mucha pa asina dunanan hopi informacion y guia riba tereno di bienestar general di e mucha y e lider.
E promer “Mercado pa profesionalnan den cuido & guia di mucha” a tuma lugar den ballrooms di Westin Aruba Resort.

For childcare givers FPNM organizes courses, workshops, training, and seminars about topics relating to working with children, such as educational policy and educational work plan, physical exercise and games with children, nutrition, effective discipline, first aid, and safety in child centers, sexual education.
The teachers are informed of these activities via the media and by means of letters.
- Each trimester, the magazine "SIMIA" is published, which contains topics relating to working with children, courses, scheduled events, etc. To download "SIMIA" click here.
- At the request of a childcare center, speeches will be given to parents about educational topics, such as the importance of toys and games, effective communication at school, discipline and behavior, tantrums, sexual education.
- Information, advice, and guidance are provided to owners and teachers when they have questions and concerns about educational issues and/or working with children.
- Information and advice is provided to persons who want to open a childcare center.

The Documentation Center has all sorts of informative material (books, magazines, leaflets, flyers, posters, DVDs, and CDs) about topics relating to the education of children age 0-12 years. There are books, magazines, and audiovisual material specifically relating to working with children in child centers, such as about child development stages, discipline, crybabies, sexual education, tantrums, games, toys and playing, children's songs, nutrition, educational plan, organization and administration of a center, etc. |
